Day 1:
We pick up the tourists from their hotel at 6 am.
At 9 am, we arrive at the Ninamarca Chullpas (Wari culture) and have breakfast.
By 11 am, we reach Paucartambo, where we visit the Carlos III colonial bridge and the Folklore Museum.
At 1 pm, we stop at the SERNAN checkpoint.
At 2 pm, we visit the Wayquecha Biosphere Station and begin our descent through the cloud forest, observing birds along the way.
By 4 pm, we arrive in the town of Patria, where a safari vehicle awaits to take us to the San Fernando Lodge.
In just 15 minutes, tourists can enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear rivers before dinner.
Day 2:
Morning tour of the San Miguel waterfalls.
In the afternoon, we visit the hummingbird and mammal observatory. Later, we return to the lodge to share a bonfire together.
Day 3:
Breakfast is served at 6 am, followed by a horseback riding activity.
Afterward, we head back to the city of Cusco.

We begin our journey with an early pickup from your hotel at 6:00 am, heading to the Ninamarca Chullpas. At this historic site, we will hold a Pachamama offering ceremony, honoring our traditions and marking the start of our adventure.
Visit to Paucartambo
Next, we’ll head to the picturesque town of Paucartambo, where we will explore the Museum of the Villages to learn more about local cultures. We will also visit the historic Carlos III Colonial Bridge, a symbol of colonial architecture in the region.
Entrance to Manu National Park
We’ll proceed to the Manu National Park checkpoint, where we’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Andean and Amazonian landscapes. From here, our adventure begins with a bike descent through the cloud forest, stopping at the Wayquecha Biological Station. Along the way, we’ll observe a variety of bird species that enrich the biodiversity of the area.
Lunch at the Viewpoint
We’ll pause at a panoramic viewpoint to enjoy a lunch surrounded by nature.
Safari to Patria in a 4×4
After lunch, we’ll continue our journey to the village of Patria, where a 4×4 safari vehicle will take us to the San Fernando Eco-Lodge. Upon arrival, you’ll have time to relax and enjoy a swim in the area’s natural hot springs, followed by a delicious dinner at the lodge.
Day 2:
Bird Watching at the Lodge Viewpoint
We’ll start our day early at 5:00 am with a hike to the birdwatching viewpoint at the top of the eco-lodge. From this privileged location, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the Manu Biosphere Reserve and its extraordinary landscape.
Breakfast at the Eco-Lodge
After birdwatching, we’ll return to the lodge for a nutritious breakfast.
Safari to San Fernando Waterfalls
Next, we’ll board our safari vehicle to visit the stunning San Fernando Waterfalls. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to admire the natural surroundings and the majesty of the falls.
Picnic Lunch at the Waterfall
After exploring the area, we’ll pause for a picnic lunch at the base of the waterfall, surrounded by the natural beauty of the site.
Return and Activities at the Lodge
After lunch, we’ll return to the eco-lodge for rest and relaxation. Later, we’ll enjoy a horseback ride around the nearby landscapes.

Departure to the Atalaya River Port
We’ll leave the eco-lodge in a 4×4 vehicle, heading to the Atalaya River Port.

Upon arrival, we’ll board a boat to navigate the Alto Madre de Dios River. Along the way, we’ll stop at one of the river beaches to observe the Collpa de Loros, a natural spectacle offering the chance to see a variety of bird species.
Breakfast in Nature
We’ll enjoy a delicious breakfast in a natural setting.
Exploration of Machu Wasi
After breakfast, we’ll cross the Madre de Dios River to visit Machu Wasi, a meander-shaped lake that serves as a refuge for various exotic jungle species.
Midday Return to the Lodge
We’ll return to the Atalaya Port and begin our journey back to the lodge, making stops along the way.

Return to Atalaya River Port
